What does the EquiCare app do?

EquiCare helps riders stay on top of horse care, training, appointments, and goals — all in one easy-to-use app. It’s designed to simplify your routine and help you ride with more intention and less stress.

Is the app free?

You can try EquiCare free for 14 days. After that, you can choose a monthly ($5.95), 6-month ($30), or annual ($60) subscription. (Prices are in AUD)

Do I need to manage multiple horses to use it?

Not at all! EquiCare works whether you have one horse or ten. You can create individual profiles for each horse and customise everything to suit your routine.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes! You can cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account.

Do you offer support if I need help using the app?

Of course! Just reach out via our contact form or email us at info@equicare.com. We’re always happy to help.

What features are included?

The app includes a personalised calendar, repeats, reminders, horse profiles, health tracking, appointment logs, training scheduling, riding goals and more. Everything is built to support how real riders think and operate.

How should I wash my apparel clothing?

We recommend cold machine wash and line drying to keep your pieces looking their best. Avoid tumble drying to preserve shape and quality.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within Australia — but international shipping is coming soon!

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! If your item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Visit our Returns page for more info.

What is the 'Rituals of the Ride' collection?

It’s our first EquiCare apparel drop — designed for riders to wear from the barn to Pilates to brunch and beyond. Think: trackie sets and tees made for real horse girls who live in their gear.
