Thank you for shopping with EquiCare — we’re so glad you’re here. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, processing, and returns.
📦 Shipping
All orders are packed with care from our HQ in Australia.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on the way.
We currently ship within Australia and to selected international countries including New Zealand, the USA and the UK.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post or an international courier partner. While we’ll do our best to help if any issues arise, we are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
🌍 International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority for more information.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your EquiCare Apparel — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
In original packaging.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@equicare.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns on sale items or items purchased using a discount code unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
