Our team riders are passionate, motivated and genuine about their love for horses and the equestrian community. They’re the kind of riders who share their real journey — the good rides, the hard days, the lessons learned, and everything in between.

Every rider starts as an Ambassador, with the opportunity to grow into an Athlete as you develop and make an impact within our community.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for riders who:
- Genuinely use and believe in EquiCare
- Are active on social media and love sharing their equestrian journey
- Have a positive attitude and support others in the community
- Represent a variety of disciplines — Eventing, Dressage, Show Jumping, Western, OTT retraining and beyond
- Are based in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Europe, or the USA
Whether you’re competing at top level or just starting out, what matters most is your mindset, passion and willingness to grow.

Who can apply?
Anyone can! It matters most to us that you share our values.
Do I need to compete?
No! Many of our riders are everyday horse owners who simply love sharing their horse journey.
How long is the partnership?
Each team year runs from January to December with a possible option to renew at the end of the year.
How do I move up to Athlete level?
Riders showing consistent effort and alignment with our brand may be invited to become Athletes.
